I'm more of a combi/camper fan... If I weren't house hunting, I'd be snapping up my buddies splitscreen for resto... well, I would if I could afford it!

My first car was a black 63 bug. Used to love to "race" corvettes on the interstate. With that said, it was no surprise that I got my first speeding ticket with my VW ... 80 in a 70 mph zone. Tought I could talk my way out of it by telling the patrolman that this bug wouldn't go 80 mph.

NICE, I had a 62 bus/truck I sold a few years back. I just did not have the time or $$ for it & it hurt when I sold it...

You should also check out THESAMBA.COM for parts. That is a very similar site to this one(CA)
