Been using my CPAP for almost 3 years and still cannot tell the difference in my sleep. But I continue to use it religiously to prevent the other "bad stuff" from happening. I am certain my family appreciates it (I know my wife does, since she doesn't have to hear my nightly grizzly bear impersonation). Stick with it Hugh!!
