It was about 10 weeks for mine, but I requested some minor changes during the process so that may have added time.

Bob is a pleasure to work with on the phone, I highly recommend doing at least some of the details that way.

My Email was returned promptly before the end of the day.
Spent most of the weekend discussing options with my wife, and the plan is to give Bob a call in the AM!

If you are like me and having difficulty deciding on the choice of wood, Bob will be happy to send you samples of the wood/finishes you are considering. I had narrowed it down to 2 choices and was pretty sure the black walnut was what I wanted. It turned out the dark brown mahogany was the better choice.
