I had one DPG firecracker I recieved in a blind trade, and really enjoyed it and am looking forward to another... it was nothing like a NuB, smaller RG. More like a sawed-off Generoso, a quickie with a slightly darker wrapper mmmmm... and I usually dig CG's, not a huge ring-gauge guy.

I saw the Miami Knuckle on Joe's Cigar today for super-cheap, and almost pulled the trigger but after reading this thread held off...

I don't dig Miamis or Nubs, so the Knuckle wouldn't be for me I suppose. The largest ring guage I enjoy is 52, and that's limited to torpedos. I enjoy a [proper] robusto now and then, but if the blend comes in a [proper] corona gorda size, I'll go for it every time. I have 52-54 ring guage cigars and only smoke them because they're there to smoke. It's uncomfortable. 42-50 ring guage is right up my alley. And I punch everything. Cutting has a strange mouth-feel.
