My pairing is less than scientific. Lately it's been "whatever I am drinking at the time." lol
For example, I made a badass porterhouse tonight, and paired that with a bogle old vine zinfandel. Still drinking the zin, and enjoying the hell out of a 98 party Charlotte right now. Posted via Mobile Device |
