I think that's a bit douche-y if I don't say so myself. Charging $20+ off an $8 smoke.....

I haven't seen anyone charge that much. Aside from the CG Blacks, I have only seen one person continually charge WAY too much for nearly everything they sell. Usually 1.5 to 2+x MSRP. Crazy...
