I did do the onion volcano, but I was never able to catch the shrimp tail in my hat.
It was a blast, but I must say again, it is a lot harder than it looks. You need great knife technique, and a third hand sometimes because you have 3 main tools; spatula, knife, and fork. Plus, the table is very hot (500 degrees) and it sits kind of low for me, so I had to kind of bend over a lot, and my lower back was killing me after each course. It was TOTALLY worth it, though.

Looks like you had an awesome time. Good job on the onion volcano! i have seen the challenges on food network where even the seasoned chefs have a hard time with it.

Yup, I was able to sit, eat, catch my breath and relax after each course.
