Read an article by AJ about the new plantation, the guest house is supposed to be amazing not sure how much more of Nic. you will see other than Esteli, my SIL/BIL spent a couple years in Nic. in the peace corps. alot different than what you will experience I am sure. Sounds like an awesome trip though!!
