Kauai, Hawaii - Recommendations?

Wow - so much good stuff here. Keep it coming guys.

As an aside, we're staying in Wyndham timeshare - full kitchen facilities in our unit, so while we'll definitely be dining out some, we don't have to break the bank every meal.

Is there an LCDH there?

Looks like the Wyndham is a little north of where the Marriot. Basically, it's on the other side of the airport. Plenty of shopping nearby and centrally located so not a far drive to Poipu in the south or Princeville in the north. Not that the island is that huge anyway.
