He was using an accordion method to roll rather than the entubado method most often associated with Cuban cigars? Just a guess, awesome video.

Bingo!! I have watched tons of video's and every one of the Cuban Torcedor's use the entubado method. This guy is supposedly over the Partagas factory and their rollers, but uses the accordion bunching? Weird.
