What are you roasting today?

Roasted up some Sumatra Dry Hulled Aceh Bukit. Took it solidly into 2nd crack, should be a Lt. Vienna. This is a funny coffee, takes longer and hotter to get there. This may turn out to be a FC++
Those roasts are looking good, btw

Thats a good one. The Tarbarita Peaberry is great too.

It was actually a "bater" on which one to roast. Tarbarita next time.
