Chest tightness is normal for the first couple of weeks. I also had dizzyness the first week or so. It will get better..

62 hours and counting. Just got back from the grocery store with tons of orange juice and crap/junk/snacks and also those Vitamin C 500mg tablets.

Be careful that you don't pack it on a Buddy of mine quite and gained 40#
