I used to do cheddar-filled bacon wrapped Hungarian wax peppers and jalapenos on the grill, it's been awhile. Never crossed my mind to add shrimp. That'd take it over the top.

I was totally thinking banana peppers, too.

and built a bigger one out of a piece of stainless at work.
These done with whatever you prefer for stuffing are GREAT !!

I like using shrimp and cheddar, with a bacon cap

Gonna have to try Scallops.
