Now I'm going to try a few sets of push ups and crunches/situps.

Ugh!

Don't know what Wor is, but Wonton soup is. Especially Egg Drop Wonton Soup. And it's healthy too.

I lost a lb this week just by tweaking my diet a little, next week Im going to integrate HIIT
