Well, responded yesterday to their email as I posted earlier and called their " customer service " number and left a message and as of close of bussness light night still no response. These guys suck. Still waiting to hear from my credit card co.

That's the first time I've ever heard of any customer service line always going to voice mail. If these guys are on the up and up, then they'd have someone available to answer calls during normal business hours. I say continue with the dispute process with your CC company.
