All moonshine is not the same, almost like saying you tried beer today and it was more bitter than you expected (well which beer was it?).

People make them from different ferment-able ingredients, at different ABV's, aged or not aged, barrel-aged, etc. etc. Just saying that there is a lot of variation in "moonshine".
