update. Since the faiting in september I fainted once again in february. They did some extended testing (14 days of monitoring, heart echo etc etc), my heart is fine, it is just low blood pressure and I'm gonna have to learn to live with that.

On the bright side, today I stood on the scale and it said 100 kilo (220lbs) which is a big deal to me, so close to a 2 digit weight which has been a dream for a long time
