So far, out of the 3 above, the Ethiopia is my favorite.
I did what they recommended on the bag.. first time I was able to taste what they described on there. Great source to get coffee, I think.

Yea, I'm still not sure about Sumatran myself. Try the Brazil roasted darker next time. I think they taste better darker.

Sumatra one wasn't to bad.. I did enjoy it. The Brazil was my least. Still a good coffee, but at the lighter roast, way to much sweet taste like they described. I made notes to roast the Brazil darker next time.

I roasted another batch of Brazilian Sweet Blue, I can't get enough of this stuff!
If you guys are interested in purchasing at least 10 pounds at a time you really gotta request a price sheet from Thetta Ridge!

Roasted some Ecuador Organic Batan Microlot last night, to just before 2nd crack.
Thinking of getting me a birthday gift and ordering the Behmor from SM's. I like the simplicity of the popper and have my technique dialed in, but trying to do large amounts just takes way too long.

Quote:
You will not be disappointed [u]at all[u]. I love mine. And trust me, the Behmor is the definition ofr simplicity. I doubt you will ever get your poppers back out again. I have 5 poppers, so I could rotate while others cooled. I used them for 2 years. Its probably the best way to learn your technique. However not having to stand over my poppers any more and being able to do 1/4 - 1 lb lots at a time is such a huge benefit. Plus the roast level is so much more consistant compared to having to do 6 different roasts to get a pound from the popper. I am not slamming the popper guys at all. I was one for years. This is just to encourage any one who is thinking about moving it up to the next level.
