Did the Paleo thing for prep for a half marathon back in 2009 and lost 45 lbs in 6 mos. Of course I was running 6 to 10 miles a day at the time as well, but the energy levels on this diet are huge if you're training for a race or any other physical activity. Highly recommended.

Just in from the Storm

I started using coconut oil and I love it. The hardest part is the bread! Man I love good bread. I have tried some of the sprouted breads...mostly yuk! Any suggestions?
