Here is one mock-up photo that shows a comparsion -- I also read a review that had more details on the dimensions but I can't find the site right now.

I am pretty sure that is not a valid mock up. Everything is still speculation at this point but I have seen the pics of the 5 with an extra row of apps, making it longer in shape. I am guessing that the case will be much longer than the 4. The mock up you showed appears to be almost the same case but a bigger screen.

It is kinda fun speculating about what it will look like, I just hope it is not dissapointing.

Here is a leaked photo that shows them side by side, of course this all could be faked:
