TRIED to run miles 6-2-3-4-5-of the course Monday
IT SUCKS

ended up running 30 minutes then walking the rest. Almost cut it short and went home but heard Jose shouting Damn it Maverick ENGAGE ! so I ran/walked it..

yesterday
Ran for 1 hour before walking/running the last mile up hill....

IT STILL SUCKS

So I am still going to try and break the hour mark....but my legs are sore...
