No more like once something happens no one cares to follow up, other than the owner of the goods. And the owner isn't going to bother advertising the outcome. Now if you bothered many governments do publicly announce things, for those willing to look into things. However again apathy rules the day.

And I'm so tired of people repeating that last fallacy. Right up there with cigars from an online merchant are different from those bought in a retail store.

Exactly...as if a Custome Agent making good money and a pension would put that at risk for a $200 box of Cuban cigars.
