I would think his tendons would rip clean off with muscles that big. Also, his forearms are pretty skinny and certainly not proportianate. I highly doubt he's not enhanced in some way.

I used to work out with Sergio years ago. He actually passed away earlier this month....he was a monster, but not a freak like the guy on the video.

Nothing on that guy is proportionate to his upper arms....maybe that's a blessing.
