| Starting a new chapter | Hot Sauces

Searched, but couldn't a specific thread pertaining to this. Lately I've been drowning my food in Sriracha or Cholula . However, I do like to change it up since I get bored easily. What hot sauces are you all using, enjoying, or suggest? |

We go crazy on the made in Mexico sauces only. My parents live in Mexico for part of the year and I go to Scottsdale frequently... so I started collecting hot sauce. How hot do you like it? El Yucateco is a classic brand they can make them quite hot. I've been digging Salsa Huichol; good blend of spices to heat.

I've got five hot sauces in my kitchen right now and I've tried at least a couple dozen. In the end I still end up reaching for the McIlhenny Tabasco - red or green.

FWIW, a nearby store where I buy my beer making supplies also sells supplies for making your own hot sauces. I've thought about doing it but so far haven't gotten to it. Here is the url. No affiliation, just a happy customer. http://www.midwestsupplies.com/other...html?limit=all
