Good luck in getting it resolved. It sounds like they delivered it to the wrong address.

Found it. Was put in a keyed parcel locker on the other side of a larger box, effectively hiding it from sight until that locker was opened. Doesn't explain why it got put in there in the first place......... Pictures on my phone. I'll post up as soon as I figure out how to do it.
