The 300blk was designed around shorter barrels and suppressor use, from what I understand. Not much use/fun for us in Cali. That is why I sold mine I couldn't take full advantage of the round, just my opinion. The only reason I bought one was that the rounds at the time were fairly inexpensive, I think I found them at Midway for under $10 a box. Also I didn't have to buy more magazines just to hold a different round. Don't get me wrong from what I have seen the round is a good all purpose round for not a lot of money ( I haven't checked prices for 300blk in a while). It just wasn't for me.

It's a great hunting round as well, for places that won't allow .223 to hunt

Since I am new to the rifle secen still, I was looking up some good tips to clean the AR. I came across this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qKTut...has_verified=1 I don't think I learned anything other than pink is a nice color.

Who here shoots the two dot night sights? or the Straight 8? I have always been a 3 dot guy but I went with the two dot Ameriglo night sights for my shield, I will get them intalled in short order, my question for anyone is if they think target aquisition is any faster with two as opposed to 3 dots?

I have some 9mm ammo that I just recently shot. I have had it for a few months now before I shot it. It looks dirty and it is reman. I have had a few bullets that where in the mag and did not fire. Happened prolly about 10 times. Should I sell this ammo cheap or is there anything I should be concerned about if I keep it and waste it? I also don't want to sell it if that is bad. Ideas?
