I was in Key Largo for the fish kill. We froze the whole vacation.
I went snorkeling and never saw so many dead things in my life, especially sea urchins. There was a sea urchin every couple inches that stretched as far as I wanted to go.
I picked up a big, dead eel about 5' long and carried it up on the beach, making like it was flopping and still alive. I threw it at a whole bunch of kids playing volleyball. Halarity ensued.
