My first concern would be, "CRAP! What appointment did I miss?" I rarely carry cash unless I'm getting the boys groomed, or for the vet. So I'd probably go into panic mode trying to figure out how I forgot about it.

After that, I'd probably buy ammo with it. Short of .45ACP at the moment.
