After a rough few days early last week with my back, I was able to finally kick the severe pain that made me slow down a couple of workouts and now find myself on the eve of the last day of Alpha cycle.
Two workouts tomorrow (toughest two of six no less) and Alpha cycle is over. Looking forward to Beta next week where the ripping is supposed to take place. I am truly loving this stuff and highly recommend it.

First week of Beta in the books.
Got their E&E pre workout formula and fin myself breezing through Beta, finding it actually easier than Alpha. Must be the five weeks of prep leading to Beta, along with E&E drink. Either way, unless my back messes me up along the way, four more weeks looks like a breeze. I am now down to a BMI of 21.3, with fat mass of 17.9, staying under 153 lbs consistently, with a total waist loss of 3", while only having lost 6 lbs in total to do it. My weight reduction was accomplished before attempting T-25. My goal with this was/is to remove all waist handles and gain more overall body definition. Both seem to be taking place. In four weeks, will be sending before and after for my t-shirt that I will cherish. Not whistling Dixie yet but I can see the light.
