Who uses Vino Temp 18 ???

Size looks pretty good and like you said - with a bit of tetris I am sure you could put in a few more boxes/sticks.

I was looking at going for a 36 bottle, but I honestly do not see myself ever requiring that much space... (though I didn't think I would fill up a 50CT)

Im thinking with this you could probably fit 250+ sticks?

I recommend going with more than you think you need. I like my 18-bottle vino, but I'd like to have a little more space and will eventually upgrade to a 24-bottle.

Including boxes I've got just over 350 cigars in mine.
