I am glad you folks mentioned this. I have no intention to bad mouth anyone. don't judge me by my first post. my only intention is to inform. my last email to them was July 10th.

As for having no intention to bad mouth anyone but only to inform, I disagree. You didn't make us aware of the problem. You called the owner a crook and emphatically said not to buy from Heartfelt. IMHO, that goes way beyond merely informing of an issue.

I too have bought from them several times and had no issues what-so-ever, many times they have actually shipped things out and I received them sooner than I had expected. Sorry you say you had issues, but maybe there was something in the tone of your emails that rubbed the vendor the wrong way? |
