Yesterdays....
Organic tomato with stilton cheese, fresh organic beets with balsamic, all paired with a fine bottle of Rueda.....  This needed a topper, so in the vault I dug out a glass of SMWS 4.171 (A cask strength, single cask 21 year old Highland Park) and paired it with a Party D4. Och Aye - 'twas a walk in the heather.....
