I went back to my old gym. I am considering starting back up at Ken Hans place. I used to work out with him when I was still at Cobra Kai. Someone told me he moved into a new place and has Frank Mir's money behind him. Wanderli Sylva is opening a gym here too. I had to stop for about a year and get into some type of shape before I jump back in to get Ready for Grapplers Quest | |

I just saw the final weigh-in for tomorrows fights and by the looks of it, watch out for Nate Diaz v Clay Guida to steal the show. They had the best stare-down and it looked like they had fire in thier eyes.
