Nightforce or March just depends if Im shooting LR or MR matches.

the stamp is 200.
i got one of those online trusts made and that ran me about 80. with a trust u can efile the form 1 with a wait of about 1.5 months. without one, you have to file a paper one which is taking about 6-8 months

and bam. picked up 11 used fully functional usgi mags for 50

Ouch! $80 is definitely worth saving 6 months. It should all be electronic now. Stupid government.

Side rant....I just got my Georgia Firearm License. My Texas prints were sent electronically to NCIC. Why the hell did I have to do that again?

no. the stamp is for the lower which is the serialized part of the gun. to have a short barreled upper on an ar15 rifle lower you need a stamp. but u can have a short barrel on a lower without a stock and it's a pistol as long as the lower is virgin and has never been assembled with a stock and rifle upper. clear as mud huh?

the upper is fine to own without a ststamp as long as you dont have an ar15 rifle lower.
