Absolutely no way Goodell wins this appeal. Zero. None.
There's no way for him to undo multiple screw-ups the NFL and their lawyers made in the legal process.
The only plea they can make is "we didn't really understand the law involved, and decided it best to ignore our lawyers".

Carlos, that's your Fat Lady in a sparkly mumu singing "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" right there.

Also, cake is better than pie.
