Mounting a TV

So, after poking around online, it looks pretty straight forward. I need a wall mount that holds the DVR, Cable Box, Etc... behind the TV and may need an IR extender.

Have a friend that used almost that exact same rig, he got the IR extender and just attached it at the bottom edge of the t.v., he actually had it on the top but once you saw it your eye would always be drawn to it, so bottom it was.
