What's your favorite mix for a Black and Tan?

This is called a Half and Half I believe. I haven't experimented too much past the Black and Tan (Bass and Guinness) and a Half and Half. Doesn't mean I won't...just that I haven't!

The top layer of a B&T is quite nice, until the nasty stuff on the bottom invades and contaminates the purity of the stout. Soon after it must be discarded or given to the dog.
