My personal opinion is that it is not worthy of being a sticky. My take on sticky threads are those that are universally important for all members.
A better way for to follow for those that are interested is to use the subscribed thread feature.

That'll work Peter and no problem. Thought it might be interesting to have some live web cams posted that are of valid interest for all members
