Your first cigar

For Valentines day 2007 my wife got me my first humidor and a 3-pack of La Flor de Ynclan Churchills. It has been a downhill slide ever since.

My first cigar was at a big party after my high school graduation...some buddy of mine had one and when he got to drunk to finish it I took it off of his hands

the rest is history

Interesting story. I was in England studying for my doctrate at Oxford. I was at a friend of mine's house which happened to be C S lewis's house formerly. He didn't own it just stayed in a portion of it. We decided to go down to the pub for a pint. Anyway while I'm sitting there enjoying a brew I see prince Charles walk in. This is back when he and Di had just recently separated. I figure what the hell. I go up and ask him how he's getting on. Anyway we shoot the breeze for a while and he breaks out a couple of Gurkha his majesties reserves. You know the 750 dollar things. I can't say no to that. Anyway. I'm hooked. True story except I was here in the states and my friend Josh have me a Gurkha grand reserve. The rest of it is crap.
