The Dark Knight is so grossly overrated. I'm not even being a hater: I went opening night, then saw it again with my father a few weeks later. I liked it. It was fun. But it wasn't even close to being perfect or "great," I don't care what imdb'ers say from their parents' houses.

It does when the actor does such an amazing job in which people forget that he/she was actually the supporting actor and not the lead.

I don't think he did that good of a job, overall the movie was 30 minutes too long and he started to annoy me.

I agree the movie was too long...to many stories in one sitting...but I think his acting, besides convincing, was great...but since I did not see the other movies that the best supporting actors were nominated I am bias.
