Sorry for your trouble, bro!

I used to be a fan of the Egg McMuffin... but low-carbin' it these days. If I get anything from a fast food place for breakfast, I head to Hardees and get their low-carb bowl... an amazing amalgum of folded egg omelet with cheese, bacon, sausage... and I think there is ham in there too!

Don't ask me to explain it... I've lost 45 pounds since Nov. 12. My cholestrol is perfect and BP is the envy of my doctor's office.
