It really does a nice job of protecting the band, and you can still see the embossing. This shot was taken through the lamination, showing how nicely it turns out. The pouches themselves warp a bit, but it's better than the alternative of having a bunch of bands scattered about. This makes 'em easy to show to friends, and it's impervious to beer spillage. ![]() |

![]() Many cooperate nicely. For instance, the DC Maximus and Opus bands were very lightly glued - almost as though they knew we'd want to save them. The others were cut right at the overlap. If I find there's a band that's being uncooperative, I slide it off the 'gar, or (very carefully) cut it before I start smoking. |
