My "yardbeer" is Icehouse.
We drank a ton of Hamm's in college waaaaaaaaaaaay back when. At $4/case, you couldn't beat it. Unfortunately, it's not produced any longer. ![]() |

Really cheap (malt liquor): Hurricane or Steel Reserve Triple Export (the Triple Export is a gem of the malt liquor variety, more alcohol than the standard 211, WAY better taste)
Cheap: Keystone Light (hard to beat a 30 rack of cold Stones when looking to get drunk) Big 3: Bud Light Others: the new Schiltz, Blatz from a bottle(its bad out of a can for some reason), PBR, Grain Belt, Labatt and Molson, Stroh's, Red Dog You can still get "Hamm's". It is made by Miller, but its not the same as the old recipe and not nearly as good. Nor is it $4 a case |
