To me so many of those aren't burgers... they are merely a sandwich made out of some kind of patty. IMO it aint a burger unless it is made with BEEF!!!

Kinda surprised by the pick for Michigan. Red Coat Tavern and Miller's bar IMO has better burgers then Hunter House.

Thanks for this & we're definitely fans of the Food Network but seriously, In 'n Out the only burger in our fine state of California that's noteworthy? I agree it's a great burger you have to try but I've had a bunch of others here that are better....but they're not Fast Food burgers... I'd probably say one of the most fine burgers I've ever had was in Big Sur at a place called Nepenthe. http://www.nepenthebigsur.com/ I go back practically ever year. And the location and atmosphere is superb so that definitely adds to the whole appeal. |

Wtf, no Big Kahuna Burgers? That's that Hawaiian burger joint. I hear they got some tasty burgers. I ain't never had one myself cuz my girlfriend’s a vegetarian. Which pretty much makes me a vegetarian, too. But I do love the taste of a good burger.

List is bunk. There are far better burgers in NJ then at Stage left.

Burgers,,,steaks,,,cigars,,,,chinese,,,Thai,,,,all food is subjective and cigars are the same. Personally, IN & OUT is probably the best over all day in and day out but that isn't to say they are the best ever. I have had some great burgers in places all over the US that probably beat IN & OUT but not every day.

Miller's is a bar in Dearborn. No frills place, serve you the burger on wax paper.
