Quick update, I did put a larger fan on the bottom pointing towards the cooling unit up top. The results.... A much cooler environment throughout the entire humi. Not really any change in humidity. I think I need to get my digital hydrometers checked out. I put a scientific hydro in there and it was -2rh compared to my others one (this is better news for me). Maybe my old hydros are off. They are pretty old now

If you want to check your hygrometers, use the salt test. There are directions to do this on this site, or you can go to xikar.com and use their instructions written to check their hygrometer units: http://xikar.com/files/salt_test_instructions.pdf
I've used this test for a number of my smaller units and it works well. But use the search function and check out what some of the other members have to say also. Good Luck! ![]() ![]()
