Do you want to remove them or just move them? If you want to just move them follow the instructions I gave. If you want to remove them, then I usually go to Itunes>Phone>Applications tab and check 'sync applications' and 'selected applications'. Then I just select the ones I want on the phone. Then re-sync. Now some are part of the phone's OS and you can't remove them (like phone, contacts, iPod, etc...), but you can move them. |

I was thinking about taking a few things like stocks off.
I was told about a program called "poof" that does stuff like that on jailbroken phones, but your way seems easy.
