Multiple cards are allowed on most systems.

Give it a shot. Put it in and set it up and see.

Shouldn't be an issue. You could always disable on the onboard NIC in the start-up bios.

Done ! Thanks, I had to clear off the other installation and install the driver for the new card... after I finally found the disk...
