Home roast your own decaf. I like Ethiopian Yergacheffe dcaf, roasted to a medium dark.
I roast the day before I need it and you cannot tell it is decaf.

YES!
![]() Learning to roast on decaf is a bit tricky, I have roasted a couple hundred pounds of beans but only 10 pounds of decaf and don't have a perfect handle on it. Still it is a valid and easy option, there are lots of good green decafs out there.
