" Only thing relating to 'tasting' would be the sensory, which is prolly just a lecture. Either way the history of it will be fun. Beer, spirits, and wine are big in this part of the US. I do enough tasting on my own. Knowing the ins and outs could be interesting. Oh and the best part of all.... no class on Fridays ![]() 3 day weekends...
