To educate yourself on what and how we do things here. The best advice I ever received is to read everything on the board because you will learn much more than you thought you ever would, simply by accident. Example: if you search for something and don't get exactly what you are searching for, read it anyway. There is a great chance you will learn something before you even think to ask.
